PERSONAL TRAINER BIO – STEPH

In today’s post we get to know our new Personal Trainer Steph, and hear about her passion for fitness and personal training.

What sort of sports did you play growing up?

“I have been training since I was in kindy and I have been a sprinter my whole life from a very  young age.  I still hold the state catholic combined college record.  I used to play soccer, oz tag, rep touch football and have competed in a number of high level sports.

What made you become a personal trainer?

I have always loved playing sport and have always been active.  I really wanted to start helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals.  I love being the one that can help them.

What is your philosophy on exercise and fitness?

Work hard and play hard!

What are your qualifications and certifications?

  • Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training
  • Kettle Bell
  • Massage Therapist
  • Boxing instructor
  • Fatloss coach
  • Sprint coach
  • Outdoor group fitness
