NEW Movement for Life Class

We are excited to launch a brand new class to our timetable

Movement for Life Class:

  • Time: 10.30-11.45am
  • Location: Manly Beach Health Club, 2 Raglan Street Manly

Class details:

This is a low impact, full body workout designed for the more mature member (over 55 years).

  • feel stronger and more energised!
  • low impact, focus on balance, flexibility and strength
  • perfect for those who want to reduce body aches
  • improve your mobility and boost energy
  • suitable for all fitness levels, including those with injuries
  • held in our upstairs studio
