A fun pad focussed boxing class using skills, drills and combination rounds derived from amateur boxing with technical cueing. Fast blast rounds focussing on an elevated heart rate and sometimes including body weight strength work that will elevate your heart rate and increase your fitness and fat burning. For all fitness levels!

A High Intensity Interval Training session using a variety of intermittent exercises such as burpees, sprints and plyometric exercises to push you into your ‘red zone’. Studies have found that red zone training increases fat oxidization, increases calorie expenditure intra and post workout and improves anaerobic capacity. So come with a full tank of gas and NO EXCUSES!!

HOW TO REGISTER

You must enroll for classes by clicking on the link above at least 3 hours before the class commencement time.

CANCELLATION

In order to be respectful to other members, if you intend to cancel, you must cancel at least 9 hours prior to the class commencement. This gives other members the chance to sign up and enjoy the class.

Meeting Point

Please meet outside the gym entry door on Francis lane 10 minutes prior to the class commencement time.

Non-Members

If spots are available, non-members can attend the class as a casual for the rate of $20 per class, which is to be paid in advance when booking online.
