My family has always been very active and health conscious and I was sports mad ever since I could walk, so it was a very natural progression into the fitness industry for me. I started as a tennis coach 21 years ago and my passion and knowledge for performance based training and nutrition has only evolved over time. For me its a lifestyle, not a duty!
Sporting Accomplishments
I was one of the top tennis players in the country as a junior, which gave me the opportunity to play college tennis in America on scholarship. After that, I spent a few years in Hong Kong as a tennis professional for the Jockey Club. Upon returning to Australia, I ran an Original Bootcamp franchise before opening MBHC.

My love for training developed during my own shoulder rehabilitation training, wanting to achieve the greatest results led me to study at university, where I became equipped to share this knowledge with others, and help them achieve the best results possible.
Sporting Accomplishments
I was Playing Rugby for a small country high school, we managed to win the state title which was a huge accomplishment, we also made it to the final of the Waratah Shield. Following this I was selected to play in representative teams.
